La Event
The 68 mile Charity Sportive takes place on Sunday 11th September 2022 from Knutsford. It has the perfect combination of flats rolling hills and technical descents, from Cheshire plains to the challenging cobbled climbs of Swiss Hill and Beason Brow passing Windgather Rocks and through the stunning Goyt Valley. With full signage, half way stop and refreshments all included we aim to make it the best sportive possible.

Le Route - 68 miles -110km (£22)
Cycle through Cheshire’s most prestigious towns and villages Knutsford, Mobberley, Alderley Edge, Prestbury, Bollington and Pott Shrigley. The spectacular route passes Windgather Rocks, the beautiful Goyt Valley, Cat and Fiddle, Blaze, Swiss and Wizard hill totalling 5500ft of ascent over 68 miles. The event includes similar roads as used on the 3rd stage of the Tour of Britain 2016 which finished in Tatton Park last year and across training roads used by the British Cycling Team.

Le Demi-Route - 30 miles - 50km (£15)
Our "demi-Route" (30 miles) gives cyclists an opportunity to ride some of the full sportive route. The demi-Route cuts out the big climbs and cobbled sections but still covers some beautiful roads through Peover, Goostrey and Marthall. Approx ride time 1hr 30mins. Enter Here

In 2021 you managed to help fund Wifi infrastructure and laptops for Edgerton school Kenya. They are not finaly online and can comunicate wit the world. Wow we are so proud of everyone who has taken time to join this event. You are all legends!

Good news! The 2020 event went ahead successfully. Lots of positive feedback thank you!!
Strict Covid 19 regulations were in place.
Update 30/08/20
Participants should adhere to the British Cycling Covid-19 Behaviour Code.
No on the day entry will be allowed. Enter online via Eventbrite only.
Event to be virtually un-manned.
Food bags will be available for each rider who finishes (drinks, cakes, snacks etc.) - No fresh food on the day sorry!
All participants will receive Final Instructions by email detailing the route and additional Covid-19 measures in place.
